Will I be able to come into the store?

Following the recent government guidance for non-essential retail, you will not be visit our store to shop. We will remain open and taking orders online, and will run COVID secure click and collect slots, which will be confirmed with you once your order is ready to collect. These will be 9-10AM and 4-5PM Mon-Fri and 9-11AM Sat. A COVID secure delivery service will remain an option throughout.

Will I still be able to return or exchange items?

Yes, as always we will be accepting returns where items are in a sellable condition, our returns period will be longer to take into account the circumstances. We ask that you contact us should you need to return any items, and we will advise to help maintain safety for you and our team.

How long will my click and collect order take to be ready?

Orders are usually ready within a few days, but this may take longer. We will of course send you an email notification once the items are ready to pick up.

Will my child be able to try on items?

Unfortunately, as our store will be closed for shopping, we cannot offer this service. To help combat this, we have developed extensive size guides and advice to help find the right size, these can be found in the product description of key items such as blazers.

How will I know what size to order?

We have created a range of comprehensive size guides on key products such as blazers, shirts and PE kits, some even include videos on how to measure up! These can be found in the product descriptions of the key items.

What are the delivery times for online orders?

We can usually deliver orders within a few days. This however, is dependant on stock so deliveries could take a little longer.
