Will I be able to come into the store?

Yes, our store is now fully open, and we are keeping our team and customers safe with measures including sanitation stations, social distancing markings and a limit on the number of customers in the store at once. You can book an appointment online to guarantee a quick, safe and hassle free visit to our COVID secure store.

Will I still be able to return or exchange items?

Yes, as always we will be accepting returns where items are in a sellable condition, our returns period will be longer to take into account the circumstances. We ask that you book an appointment should you need to visit the store to return any items to help maintain safety for you and our team.

How long will my click and collect order take to be ready?

Orders are usually ready within 1-2 days, but this may take longer. We will of course send you an email notification once the items are ready to pick up.

Will my child be able to try on items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to open changing room facilities safely and as such these will not be available. To help combat this, we have developed extensive size guides and advice to help find the right size, these can be found in the product description of key items such as blazers.

How will I know what size to order?

We have created a range of comprehensive size guides on key products such as blazers, shirts and PE kits, some even include videos on how to measure up! These can be found in the product descriptions of the key items.

Am I able to order over the phone?

Yes, it is possible to place an order over the phone. Additionally our website is open for orders for delivery and click and collect.

How am I able to book an appointment?

We have introduced an online appointment diary linked from the homepage, where appointments can be booked. This helps us maintain a safe environment in store for our customers and team. If you have any questions or problems with the system, feel free to get in touch.

What are the delivery times for online orders?

We can usually deliver orders within 1-2 days. This however, is dependant on stock so deliveries could take a little longer.

Is there a cut off point for ordering items?

We normally advise that any orders placed by the end of the first week in August would be fine for back to school. We would do our best for orders after that but could not promise to have all items in.

What precautions are you taking to maintain safety?

We have worked hard to put in place measures to ensure the safety of our team and customers. These measures include a one-way system inside the store, with markings for social distancing. Gel and wipes will also be made available.

What if I am self isolating with COVID-19 symptoms?

If there is no way for you to pick up your order, we advise you get in touch with us and we will be able to make the appropriate arrangements.

I am a key worker and will be unable to visit the store during working hours.

We understand that certain key workers may be unable to visit us during the day, if this applies to you we advise that you get in touch with us, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
