Book an appointment

To maintain the safety of our team and customers, we are limiting the number of customers in the store at once, booking an appointment guarantees a quick, safe and hassle free visit to our COVID secure store.

How to book

You can book a time slot by clicking ’select time’, once you have selected your preferred time slot, click ‘add to bag’ and check out as normal. If you are doing a click and collect order, we advise booking an appointment once you have had confirmation your items are ready to collect.

Trying on and appointment length

Unfortunately our changing room facilities will remain closed this summer, as we are unable to safely open them. Likewise, students will not be able to try on blazers in the store as this would be unsafe. Don't worry though, our expert team will be on hand to assist you in selecting sizes, and items can of course be returned as usual.

Please do not use the quantity option, as this will not register on the appointment system, instead please select a longer appointment from the durations drop down.
